I taught an app design class to the visual communication design cohort at Seattle Pacific University. I taught the class over zoom on Wednesday evenings in the fall quarter of 2020.
I designed the curriculum based on the double diamond approach to human centered design and my day to day work as an app designer @ Starbucks.
Students learned the basics of UX research, user journeys, user flows and app anatomy through a course long project. I taught component design, prototyping and a bit of motion design in figma/adobe XD.
